<div>Over the past several years, I have experienced ongoing online harassment, unwanted contact, public targeting, and conduct that I believe has placed my privacy, safety, and emotional well-being at risk. After carefully documenting these incidents, the courts in Travis county have intervened and am now preparing for a court hearing where I will have the opportunity to present my evidence and testimony.

<div>One of the most distressing aspects of this situation has been threats involving the publication of sexually explicit material of me . The possibility of intimate content being exposed publicly has caused significant emotional distress and fear for both my family and me. Combined with repeated unwanted contact, disclosure of private information, public discussion of my family, and continued online targeting over an extended period of time, these threats have had a profound impact on my sense of safety and peace of mind.

<div>The Court has scheduled the matter to proceed , and I am now preparing to present evidence supporting my request for protection. As a self-represented litigant, I am responsible for organizing and presenting a substantial amount of documentation, exhibits, screenshots, communications records, and other evidence related to the case.

<div>Pursuing this matter will require significant expenses, including international travel costs to attend court proceedings in Travis County, Texas, transportation, lodging, legal document preparation, exhibit organization, process service expenses, and legal consultation and hearing preparation assistance.

<div>Update: I am Zaire, I am from the US but have been living in Mexico with my fiance and dog for 5 years. I create content and have a large community of people who are kindhearted and wanted to help someone who is apart of my community here in Mexico. I am apart of FB group here in Puerto Vallarta and after the events on Sunday, I made a post asking if anyone knew people who were affected by what happened. Luis reached out to me mentioning how an artist (Jorge) who he works alongside with at a local market lost everything. He connected me to the Jorge and this is how I came to know him.

<div>I am in contact with Jorge and we are setting up transfers to the account of his wife (Cristal). We are raising these funds to get Jorge a new truck and allow him to survive while he recuperates his art merchandise

<div>On Sunday, Jorge, a local artist who sells his work at tianguis and markets around the area, was on his way to La Cruz de Huanacaxtle to set up at a Sunday tianguis. Selling his art is how he supports himself. On a good week, he makes between $1,000–$3,000 pesos.

<div>Before he could even arrive, an armed man stopped him, forced him out of the driver’s seat, and took his truck. Jorge was driven to another location, when his truck, along with all of the artwork he was planning to sell, was set on fire as part of the recent narcobloqueos.

<div>In one moment, Jorge lost everything:

<div>This local daycare has received updated quotes for the restoration of their business which exceeds their original goal. This includes replacing all of the playground equipment , AC units , security cameras , and children’s toys and equipment.

<div>The local government  has only provided support in form of waiving city license permits to rebuilt and trash collection service . To date ., no government assistance has been received and the owner of the business will face the financial burger of restoring the entirety.

Hello all. Julie Jodene Ebel was diagnosed with COVID19 a few days ago. Around 3 am, Saturday September 19th, complications arose and she is now on a ventilator, and experiencing kidney and lung failure. Julie has been unresponsive since that time. 

Anyone who has met Julie, knows just how big her personality is. She doesn’t take anything lying down.  She is a fighter, and has already beat cancer. While the prognosis at this time is grim, we are holding out hope for a miracle. 

 Julie loves very hard, and if you are privileged enough to experience that unmatched love, you know how blessed you are. Her beautiful daughter Hailey, known affectionately as Stanley, her son Spenser, named after a dear family friend, and her grand babies, Finnley, Antony, and Jamie are the most precious persons in her world. Finnley and Julie have an incredibly special relationship and Hailey and Julie are most definitely best friends. Julie is very close with her incredible parents Peg and Jim and beloved by so many. 

Donations are being accepted to help with medical bills, (as at this time she does not have insurance), and expenses for the family while they are traveling to be with Julie.
