I am incredibly grateful to share that, thanks to your generosity and support, we have reached our original fundraising goal of $2,400.

Every donation, share, message of encouragement, and expression of support has meant more to me and my family than I can adequately put into words. Thank you for believing in me and helping me navigate this difficult process.

Since launching this fundraiser, I have consulted with both legal aid organizations and private attorneys regarding my protective order case. Through those consultations, it has become clear that obtaining experienced legal representation for the upcoming hearing would significantly strengthen my ability to present evidence, navigate court procedures, and advocate effectively for my family's safety.

For that reason, I have increased the fundraising goal to $4,000. The additional funds will be used to help cover:

Attorney consultation and representation fees

Hearing preparation and case strategy

Evidence organization and exhibit preparation

Court-related expenses and document preparation

Travel and lodging expenses associated with attending court proceedings

I am seeking support as I move forward with a case against Julia Garcia known as Juliaag111 in Travis County, Texas.

Over the past several years, I have experienced ongoing online harassment, unwanted contact, public targeting, and conduct that I believe has placed my privacy, safety, and emotional well-being at risk. After carefully documenting these incidents, the courts in Travis county have intervened and am now preparing for a court hearing where I will have the opportunity to present my evidence and testimony.

One of the most distressing aspects of this situation has been threats involving the publication of sexually explicit material of me . The possibility of intimate content being exposed publicly has caused significant emotional distress and fear for both my family and me. Combined with repeated unwanted contact, disclosure of private information, public discussion of my family, and continued online targeting over an extended period of time, these threats have had a profound impact on my sense of safety and peace of mind.

The Court has scheduled the matter to proceed , and I am now preparing to present evidence supporting my request for protection. As a self-represented litigant, I am responsible for organizing and presenting a substantial amount of documentation, exhibits, screenshots, communications records, and other evidence related to the case.

Pursuing this matter will require significant expenses, including international travel costs to attend court proceedings in Travis County, Texas, transportation, lodging, legal document preparation, exhibit organization, process service expenses, and legal consultation and hearing preparation assistance.

My goal is to raise $2,500 to help cover:

International travel expenses to attend court proceedings

Lodging, transportation, and related travel costs

Preparation and organization of evidence and exhibits

Legal document preparation and filing expenses

Legal consultation and hearing preparation assistance

Process service and other court-related costs

These funds will help ensure that I can appear before the Court, present my evidence, and fully participate in the legal process as I seek protection through the legal system.

While my case focuses on my own experiences, I believe many women have experienced similar forms of online harassment, public targeting, and intimidation by the same individual and My goal is not only to seek protection for myself and my family, but also to help raise awareness of the impact these behaviors can have on victims.
