 Those who have had the pleasure of knowing or meeting my mother know she is one of the sweetest souls on this Earth. She has a servant’s heart and always looks for ways to help others whenever she can.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Several months ago, she was diagnosed with Stage III colon cancer. Thanks to the help of close friends, we were able to get her scheduled for further examinations and surgery shortly afterward.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 The surgery went well, and the cancerous tumor was successfully removed. However, cancer cells were found in the surrounding lymph nodes.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Currently, she is awaiting discharge from inpatient recovery as she works toward regaining her strength and being able to keep food down.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 The coming weeks and months will include a second surgery, chemotherapy, home health care, and continued recovery. While we have done our best to prepare for these expenses, she has humbly asked me to seek the support of friends and family on her behalf.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We sincerely appreciate your consideration, prayers, acts of service, and kind words during this difficult time.
</div>
<div>
 <br>

<div>
 I will continue to post updates as her healing journey progresses and we move toward recovery.

 Help Us Bring Miguel Gama Home ❤️
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 On August 20, 2026, our lives changed when Miguel Gama was detained by ICE in Austin, Texas.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Miguel has lived in the United States since 2022. He entered the country legally with a visa and has a pending asylum case. He is now being detained while his family and legal team work to secure his release on bond and continue fighting his immigration case.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Miguel is a loving father of three children who are waiting for him at home. He is a hardworking family man, a business owner, and a valued member of his community. Through his businesses, Miguel has created jobs and opportunities for other families and has worked hard to build a life for the people he loves.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Miguel has no criminal history.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Returning Miguel to Mexico would put him in serious danger, which is why his family is urgently fighting to keep him safe and allow his asylum case to continue.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Right now, we need your help.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We are raising funds to help cover Miguel's immigration legal expenses, bond, and other costs associated with bringing him home and supporting his case. We don't yet know the final amount of his bond, but we want to be prepared as soon as one is set.
</div>
<div>

<div>
 Any contribution, no matter the amount, can make a difference. And if you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser is just as valuable. Please help us reach more people and bring Miguel's story to our community.

 Miguel is more than an immigration case.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 He is a father. A husband. A son. A brother. A friend. A hardworking man. And someone deeply loved by his family and community.

 His three children are waiting for their dad to come home. ❤️

<div>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Miguel no tiene antecedentes penales.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Hoy necesitamos tu ayuda.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>

<div>

<div>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
