 We are neighbors, homeowners, families, and community members working together to protect the places we call home.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Residents in southwest Joplin and the Sarcoxie area are facing proposed large-scale data center development that could affect homes, land, water resources, infrastructure, and the character of our communities.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 That is why we formed Missouri and Neighbors Against Data Centers LLC.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We have retained legal counsel to help us review the process, obtain records, understand our rights, and determine what legal options remain available.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 This GoFundMe will help cover legal fees and other necessary expenses connected to that effort. Donations will not be used for personal expenses.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Our position is simple:
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We do not believe large-scale data centers belong next to homes and established communities.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 If funds remain after our local efforts are complete, our hope is to help other nearby communities facing similar proposals.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Every donation helps. If you cannot donate, sharing this fundraiser is just as valuable.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Thank you for standing with Missouri neighbors working to protect their homes, land, water, and communities.

 NO DATA CENTER. Our communities are worth protecting.
