We are neighbors, homeowners, families, and community members working together to protect the places we call home.

Residents in southwest Joplin and the Sarcoxie area are facing proposed large-scale data center development that could affect homes, land, water resources, infrastructure, and the character of our communities.

That is why we formed Missouri and Neighbors Against Data Centers LLC.

We have retained legal counsel to help us review the process, obtain records, understand our rights, and determine what legal options remain available.

This GoFundMe will help cover legal fees and other necessary expenses connected to that effort. Donations will not be used for personal expenses.

Our position is simple:

We do not believe large-scale data centers belong next to homes and established communities.

If funds remain after our local efforts are complete, our hope is to help other nearby communities facing similar proposals.
