<div>We are utilizing these funds to pay her medical bills, REHAB and RECOVERY. Kristyn has a Severe Traumatic Brain Injury with a Grade 2 DAI. She will be in RECOVERY for the next 2 years at minimum.

<div>Kristyn Wade is an avid bicyclist in Golden, Colorado. On her way to work on her bicycle this past Wednesday at 8am, Kristyn was struck by a drunk driver. Since arriving at the hospital, she has been in the ICU, initially placed in an induced coma due to brain swelling. Kristyn has already undergone two surgeries: the first to fuse her C1 and C3 vertebrae after damage to her C2, and the second to repair her broken ankle and clean leg wounds. She remains on a ventilator, and her family is preparing for additional procedures, including a tracheotomy and feeding tube, to support her recovery. Kristyn's journey ahead is uncertain, but her family is staying optimistic and taking things one day at a time. The medical bills, rehabilitation, and living expenses are already mounting, and Kristyn is now off work without a paycheck. Her parents, Betty Jean and Don Wade, have traveled from Texas to be by her side in Colorado, and the costs of staying close to Kristyn are significant. While Kristyn does have insurance, the out-of-pocket expenses and long-term care needs will be substantial. As Kristyn's aunt, I want to do everything I can to support her and her family during this challenging time. <p>Hi, my name is Isaac. My mother-in-law, and grandmother of 12, Kathy Clark, has recently been diagnosed with melanoma. Based on her PET scan, she is at stage III. Next week she’s having surgery to remove cancerous lymph nodes and cancer on her rib cage.

<p>Kathy is not only mom to her five kids, but she has also been a “mom” to many others over the years. Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners are usually standing room only at Tim and Kathy’s. Anyone and everyone is always welcomed. Her compassionate heart, kind nature and tenacious work ethic is recognized by anyone that knows her.

Help Kathy Fight Melanoma

A good friend and loved member of our community has fallen under tough times. After a biking accident a few weeks ago in September; Matty suffered a subdural and epidural hematoma on his spinal chord spanning 11 vertebrae which almost left him completely paralyzed. Luckily after surgery and healing he has made incredible and miraculous strides in recovery and is well on the road back to feeling normal again.<br /><br />Despite feeling better, Matty has been struggling to manage all of the financial implications of such an intensive injury. Not to mention the incredibly high cost of living in Seattle, and all the time he had taken off from working so he could heal.<br />On top of all of this, last night on Halloween Matty's truck was stolen from him in Portland. Now, with everything Matty has already been trying to recoup from, he must replace his vehicle. <strong>Please donate and share to help Matty with his medical bills and replacing his vehicle. Support for Matty through hard times.

Linda started experiencing really bad abdominal pain in December.  Doctors couldn’t find anything.  The pain got so severe she couldn’t eat and could barely go into work.  After trips to urgent care and the ER, doctors diagnosed her with stage 4 cancer.  The type of cancer, or where it started is unknown but it is very aggressive.  It has spread to her stomach, lungs and bone.  <br /><br />She was in such bad shape by the time they found it, that she was kept in the hospital for weeks to get her levels up, manage pain, and make sure her body was in a place to even handle her first round of chemo.  <br /><br />She started her second round of chemo on Valentines Day.  She’s handling it really well and is getting stronger each day. She’s able to take some short walks, eat again and is trying natural methods to manage pain and nausea.  <br /><br />The plan right now is to undergo 6 rounds of chemotherapy with the goal of killing cancer cells and relieving symptoms.  After chemo is done, she may need to seek treatment at a specialized cancer center out of state. <br /><br />The bills are mounting up and she has a very limited ability to work. Her insurance is tied to work and without being able to get the hours in she will be unable to keep her insurance.
