I’m creating this fundraiser for myself during one of the hardest times in my life. I have been struggling with illness, and it has affected me deeply in ways that are hard to put into words. Right now, I feel like I’ve lost my why because of everything I’m going through. I’ve been trying to hold on, keep going, and find some hope, but this has all been overwhelming, and I can’t do it alone anymore. I’m asking for help so I can get support while dealing with my illness and work toward finding stability again. Your kindness will help me through this difficult season and give me a little breathing room while I focus on getting through each day. More than anything, I’m asking for compassion, prayers, encouragement, and support as I try to regain hope and strength. If you’re able to give, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Hello, my name is Tammy. I'm trying to survive. The past 2 years have been the very worst I could have imagined. My S/O passed away, and I was not prepared for the disaster. I lost everything then, and it was hard. I worked as a nurse for 23 years, and after I came all the way back from that, it was hard. I work at Walmart when I'm able. I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer, COPD, congestive heart failure, and cancer in April.

I’m starting this fundraiser for myself, but I’m asking that my name not be used publicly for privacy. I am living with stage 2 breast cancer, COPD, and congestive heart failure, and it has become very hard for me to work. I can barely work one day a week, and this week I was only able to work one day because of the pain and swelling. The swelling has also made it hard for me to walk. Right now, I need help covering the basic things that keep me going day to day while I deal with my health and try to make it to treatment. Donations will help me keep my car, keep my place to live, keep my utilities on, and pay for gas so I can get to treatment. Because my health and ability to work are ongoing challenges, this need does not end after one bill or one appointment. Recurring donations would help me keep up with these continuing expenses over time, especially housing, utilities, transportation, and gas for treatment. If monthly support is not possible, one-time donations and shares would also mean so much to me. I’m asking for help so I can hold on to my basic stability while facing these medical conditions.
