I’m starting this fundraiser for myself, but I’m asking that my name not be used publicly for privacy. I am living with stage 2 breast cancer, COPD, and congestive heart failure, and it has become very hard for me to work. I can barely work one day a week, and this week I was only able to work one day because of the pain and swelling. The swelling has also made it hard for me to walk.

Right now, I need help covering the basic things that keep me going day to day while I deal with my health and try to make it to treatment. Donations will help me keep my car, keep my place to live, keep my utilities on, and pay for gas so I can get to treatment.

Because my health and ability to work are ongoing challenges, this need does not end after one bill or one appointment. Recurring donations would help me keep up with these continuing expenses over time, especially housing, utilities, transportation, and gas for treatment. If monthly support is not possible, one-time donations and shares would also mean so much to me.
