<div>We have successfully obtained standing to fight for an injunction. in the NSW Supreme Court , in a case concerning the management of wild horses (brumbies) in Kosciuszko National Park.

<div>The case seeks to legally stop the labour government from aerial shooting brumbies in the KNP.



</div>



<div>Urgent funds are required by Monday 10am to secure the solicitor and barrister to progress the matter.

<div>So many excuses as to why we keep putting off raising funds- main reason is I truly wanted to be a charity by now, but for one reason or another, we are not, we are a registered NFP in NSW but will also endeavour to get our charity paper work done. NO more excuses, the time is now, we have all we need in the scope of helping horses, too often I have seen things fail because the land is not secure- this land will be for brumbies and owned by brumbies, ran by a compassionate committee to oversee these horses have their needs met.

<div>It’s simply time to get started and the goal might seem so high but honestly, finding even 50K people with big hearts who give $20 each would get us there. We must do this, we must find a way where we can help displaced brumbies find their forever, find that land no one can take away and live a life of peace rather than the terror of fired bullets.

<div>Our beloved Pete passed just recently and now Oak Petes baby girl is in the fight of her life to stay alive with her family. Oak is currently in the emergency pet hospital after emergency surgery twice this week and the bills are adding up. Mel should not have to deal with this herself on top of everything else she is dealing with. Please help me help Mel, Harv and Tay by taking some of the money worries out of their lives.
