Save the brumbies from being shot by donating to Roxanne’s injunction listed at 10am Monday in the NSW Supreme Court – Protect Kosciuszko Brumbies Heritage.

We have successfully obtained standing to fight for an injunction. in the NSW Supreme Court , in a case concerning the management of wild horses (brumbies) in Kosciuszko National Park.

The case seeks to legally stop the labour government from aerial shooting brumbies in the KNP.

Urgent funds are required by Monday 10am to secure the solicitor and barrister to progress the matter.

Funds will be used for

• Solicitor fees

• Barrister fees

• Associated court costs

•Associated expert evidence costs and where required to pay urgent feed bills for any urgent brumby welfare needs approved by me

All funds raised will be applied to the solicitor trust account for legal expenses for this Supreme Court matter or directly to expert evidence or contracts or computer database work required for the legal challenge .
