Hola me llamo Katy Avelar estoy recaudando fondos para ayudar ami papá quien fue detenido por ice el dia 27 de diciembre 2025

cuando el estaba en una lavandería lavando su ropa .

mi papá es un señor humilde trabajador que lleva 22 años en este país , nunca avía sido arrestado o tenido ningún tipo de problema con la ley ni con nadie ,

lo que me párese injusto sin ningún motivo fue detenido el único delito es ser ilegal ,

yo como su hija enfrento un futuro incierto sin saber que sigue para ayudar ami papá se me bienen muchos gastos pues los abogado me han dado esperanza la cual me tiene ahora aquí buscando tocar el corazón de muchos de ustedes para cubrir honorarios de abogado y futuras fianzas que estén por venir . de todo corazón espero un granito de arena para poder regresar a papá a casa y termine de ber Creser asu pequeño ñetecito que el tanto ama para mi la vida sin mi padre no tiene una dirección .

Hello, my name is Katy Avelar, and I am raising funds to help my father, who was detained by ICE on December 27, 2025, while he was at a laundromat washing his clothes. My father is a humble, hardworking man who has been in this country for 22 years. He has never been arrested or had any problems with the law or with anyone else. What seems unfair to me is that he was detained without any reason; his only "crime" is being undocumented. As his daughter, I face an uncertain future, not knowing what comes next. 

To help my father, I am facing many expenses, as the lawyers have given me hope, which is why I am here now, trying to reach out to many of you to help cover legal fees and future bail costs. From the bottom of my heart, I hope for any contribution to bring my father home so he can continue to watch his little grandson, whom he loves so much, grow up.
