The Reclamation Project is a globally-recognized, award-winning, youth-led grassroots organization liberating and empowering historically-marginalized and underserved youth and communities to battle systems of trauma, violence, oppression, and poverty. Founded in 2020, we work directly with thousands of immigrant youth, LGBTQ+ youth, and youth of color to bolster their social justice leadership and build their confidence, capacity, social and cultural understanding, and systemic-consciousness to become effective community organizers and activists. We organize proactively in the Sacramento, Bay Area, Los Angeles / SoCal, and San Diego regions.

This unrestricted fundraising portal will be used to support varying areas of our work, including, but not limited to, mutual aid (food, supplies, and resources to impacted communities), virtual and in-person programming (workshops, events, summits, etc.), internal administration (operating expenses and personnel/recruitment), media/communications, policy advocacy and lobbying for youth justice campaigns, surveying/research, widespread outreach, direct financial aid to impacted communities, and more.
