Thirst Trap: An Immersive Theater Experience

Donation protected
You don your mask and open the door to a softly-lit room. It's buzzing with the first overtures of smalltalk. Two attractive bartenders shake drinks behind the counter. A haughty journalist takes notes on who's walking through the door... and, perhaps more importantly, who isn't. The party's emcee is glowing and confident -- but is that a hint of nervousness in her posture and foot-tapping? You don't see the host, eccentric pharma-tech billionaire Ian Adler. But surely he'll arrive any minute...

Thirst Trap is an open-world, immersive theater game that takes place across 7+ locations inside an infamous Brooklyn loft building on Halloween. It's a LARP in which players uncover layers of mystery by exploring a maze of settings and characters, attending original musical performances, and playing games of skill and chance.

Thirst Trap promises to ensnare guests in a wild night of secrecy and intrigue. But we need your help to fully bring this weird, ambitious, immersive experience to life!

In addition to ticket sales, we're asking for donations to help offset our production costs. We'll distribute any excess funds to the writers, actors, musicians, and designers of the show. Donations of any size will be deeply appreciated!

As a thank you to anyone who's able to donate $100 or more, we can offer a special perk: a backstage pass granting you access to the greenroom of either Contessa or Orion, the two main musical acts performing at the masquerade. Their greenrooms undoubtedly contain secrets you won't be able to find elsewhere...

Note: We're capping the number of backstage passes we can hand out in advance at 10. We still have several available!

Estimated Costs (may be updated as needs arise)

UPDATE! Thanks to a majorly generous donation, we've raised enough to recoup our baseline production costs! We can now use donations to take our set design and costuming to the next level as well as pay our large, hardworking team of writers & performers. Any and all donations are still greatly appreciated!
