The Magic of Music

The Menorah Park Teen Philanthropy Board had the privilege and the pleasure of experiencing a music therapy session provided for the residents with dementia living on the Fairmount Pavilion.  As a team we saw that some of the benefits include improved attention, happiness, and socialization. It was also a wonderful experience watching the gleam in the eyes of the residents as they remembered some of the words and music as the therapist played the piano and sang. This was a wonderful happening for the dementia residents. With your generosity, we can continue this special therapy experience for our residents.
 
The Teen Philanthropy Board goal is to raise $4,000 and your donation will be greatly appreciated by the 66 residents living on the Fairmount Pavilion. On behalf of the 2018/2019 Teen Philanthropy Board, we thank you for your consideration.
