15 miles, with 25kg dry weight. One of the UK’s most notorious Special Forces tests. The Fan Dance isn’t a charity walk. It’s a real test used by UK Special Forces during selection: 15 miles over the brutal slopes of Pen y Fan, carrying heavy loads, and racing the clock across unforgiving terrain.
Why?
Because we believe in earning every donation.
Because we’ve seen how much better life gets when you’re out there pushing limits, together.
Because too many veterans are struggling silently whether physically, mentally, or emotionally.
And because Help for Heroes has stood by them through it all, we want to help.
