This is one simple way that you can help TWO Military Veteran Families...

The first is the seller, who is an Army Veteran that served active duty from 2002-2006. Two tours, both in Iraq, one was extended. Served with distinction, receiving honors and medals. He continued his service to our country in the National Guard from 2007-2008. He is now a disabled veteran, and they are trying to sell their home. We ran into some snags with the inspection... The first and most important is the SEPTIC TANK needs to be replaced. We were lucky enough to find a local company that discounted it for us (a $1500 savings from our other company's quote) that is $5350.

The other items are electrical issues in the living room, laundry room, dining room, and hallway bathroom. Some closure for daylight into the attic and getting the pool resurfaced.

We would love to raise enough money to take care of all of this and help this veteran get their home sold. The cherry on top? The buyer is also a veteran and first-time home buyer... They are buying with ZERO DOWN... so any excess beyond the $5350 for the septic will drastically help the buyer with the other repairs needed. He served in the Marines Corps from 1978-1982, then the Army Reserves 1986-1987, took a little break, then had the itch and came back to finish 20+ years serving from 1998 to 2015 in Active Duty Army and National Guard.
