<div>The first is the seller, who is an Army Veteran that served active duty from 2002-2006. Two tours, both in Iraq, one was extended. Served with distinction, receiving honors and medals. He continued his service to our country in the National Guard from 2007-2008. He is now a disabled veteran, and they are trying to sell their home. We ran into some snags with the inspection... The first and most important is the <strong>SEPTIC TANK needs to be replaced</strong>. We were lucky enough to find a local company that discounted it for us (a $1500 savings from our other company's quote) that is $5350.

<div>The other items are <strong>electrical issues</strong> in the living room, laundry room, dining room, and hallway bathroom. Some closure for <strong>daylight into the attic</strong> and getting the <strong>pool resurfaced</strong>.

<div>We would love to raise enough money to take care of all of this and help this veteran get their home sold. <strong>The cherry on top?</strong> The buyer is also a veteran and first-time home buyer... They are buying with ZERO DOWN... so any excess beyond the $5350 for the septic will drastically help the buyer with the other repairs needed. He served in the Marines Corps from 1978-1982, then the Army Reserves 1986-1987, took a little break, then had the itch and came back to finish 20+ years serving from 1998 to 2015 in Active Duty Army and National Guard.
