**Help Support Runaway Bay, St. Ann Parish After Hurricane Melissa**

I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart after the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa in Runaway Bay, St. Ann Parish. My partner and best friend has been tirelessly driving two hours every other day to bring essential food, water, and supplies to his community, which includes older adults and infants. The situation is dire, with many families struggling to meet their basic needs.

Currently, there is no electricity, and the lack of power makes it challenging to keep food and water safe. Generators would make a significant difference, helping to preserve supplies and restore a sense of normalcy during this difficult time.
