My name is Elise and I am currently trying to raise funds for my beloved cat, Patches. I rescued Patches about 10 years ago, and at the time, he was diagnosed with FeLV—otherwise known as feline leukemia—which manifests as immune deficiency and causes various health issues, including frequent illness and heightened risk for cancer. Patches has been the light of my life and a constant source of happiness through all of these years. Patches has struggled with his health through time; however, he is considered to be a miracle, still surviving at 11 years old with what is typically a death sentence for many cats. Unfortunately, Patches has been fighting for his life in the hospital with bronchitis and has also been diagnosed with a secondary disorder that disallows him from producing adequate red blood cells and platelets. This has caused extreme stress and financial hardship for my family. In order to continue providing him life-saving care and future treatment, I am in need of support. My sweet boy is still fighting to be alive, and I need to be able to provide for whatever he needs at this moment and in the near future. A donation would mean everything to keep my handsome boy with his family and go towards all medical related costs.
