Mr Cain Contreras Hernandez was detained by ICE on October 20. He is a community member with almost two decades sharing his gifts and knowledge with everyone he comes across. He is a highly trained and experienced electrician who also teaches students helping them develop lifelong skills. His tireless efforts have not only strengthened the workforce but also contributed significantly to the improvement of our community.
