<div>Mr Cain Contreras Hernandez was detained by ICE on October 20. He is a community member with almost two decades sharing his gifts and knowledge with everyone he comes across. He is a highly trained and experienced electrician who also teaches students helping them develop lifelong skills. His tireless efforts have not only strengthened the workforce but also contributed significantly to the improvement of our community. We believe Mr. Contreras is an upstanding individual whose work has transformed lives and he is an outstanding human being that deserves an opportunity to continue sharing his gifts.
