- Ken and I are trying to help his brother Mark and sister in law Renita. Like many others in Swannanoa and the surrounding areas, their home was damaged beyond repair and they lost everything in their home. If that wasn't bad enough, there have also been looters taking or destroying anything that may have been salvageable. Mark is retired from the Navy and they are on a fixed income. They are currently staying with friends but need a place of their own. They are waiting on the county to let them know if they can rebuild on their land or if it will be classified as a flood zone. Please help if you can and keep them in your prayers.
