As many of you may know our lovely Kerry is currently staying in Sheffield with her beautiful daughter Connie. Connie was born on 30.1.25 and shortly after birth it was discovered that she was very unwell and she was promptly admitted to neonatal unit and later transferred to another specialist unit where she continues to be cared for. After a series of tests, some which we are awaiting results for it is highly likely that they will confirm the diagnosis of an incurable, life limiting mitochondrial disease. It is still unknown how much time Kerry, Ryan and their other daughter Phoebe will have with Connie and this time is currently being spent in hospital at Connie’s bedside while she receives care to try to stabilise her. We have decided to set this page up on their behalf to raise as much money as we can to relieve some of the pressures they may be facing. Ryan is self employed and has already had to return to work reducing the amount of time he can spend with Connie. We would like to raise enough so that he doesn’t have to think about returning to work just yet. They are the most kind, hardworking and selfless family who would do anything to help anyone and this is our turn to now try to help them be together.
