My name is Jennifer, and I’m preparing for a C-section scheduled for November 4th as I welcome my new baby. While I’m excited to meet my child, I’m also feeling anxious about how I’ll manage the basics during my recovery. As a single mother, I’ll be responsible for caring for my newborn and myself while I heal, and I want to make sure I can provide a safe and stable home during this important time.

After my surgery, I won’t be able to return to work for 6-8 weeks. This means I’ll need help covering my rent and food costs while I recover and adjust to life with my baby.
