My name is Jennifer, and I’m preparing for a C-section scheduled for November 4th as I welcome my new baby. While I’m excited to meet my child, I’m also feeling anxious about how I’ll manage the basics during my recovery. As a single mother, I’ll be responsible for caring for my newborn and myself while I heal, and I want to make sure I can provide a safe and stable home during this important time.

 After my surgery, I won’t be able to return to work for 6-8 weeks. This means I’ll need help covering my rent and food costs while I recover and adjust to life with my baby. I’m determined to give my child the best start possible, but the financial strain of being out of work makes things challenging. Every bit of support will help me focus on healing and caring for my newborn without the added stress of worrying about basic needs.
