Sometimes the most powerful thing we can give young people is our attention and care. Never underestimate the impact of being present, sharing a story, or asking a thought-provoking question, it might be the one thing they needed to see themselves differently. They are listening more closely than we think.

ENRGY.org facilitates high-energy, impact-driven empathy workshops teaching students life skills based in empathy, work ethic and purpose. Led by veteran educator, Jay Blair, our team has now reached over 8,600 students and served over 40 schools. The response from students and educators has been incredible, and the need for this program continues to grow.

For the 2026/2027 school year we’re excited to have rolled out even more support for schools, students, teachers, and parents. This includes pre-workshop engagement as well as post-workshop deliverables, further deepening the impact for students. This also includes professional development sessions for teachers. However, to keep up with demand and continue making a difference, we need your help.

This work changes how students see themselves and how they treat each other. The need is urgent, but right now this work is being carried alone.
