<div>ENRGY.org is a social enterprise dedicated to transforming school communities through high-energy, impact-driven workshops. Led by veteran educator, Jay Blair, our team focuses on helping students develop empathy and a strong work ethic, skills that last a lifetime. We have now reached almost 7000 students and served over 30 schools. The response from students and educators has been incredible, and the need for this program continues to grow.

<div>Right now, ENRGY.org is growing faster than we can handle, and all of our work is currently funded solely by Jay Blair. As we look ahead to the next school year, we’re excited to roll out even more support for schools, students, teachers, and parents. This includes pre-workshop engagement as well as post-workshop deliverables, further deepening the impact for students. We're also rolling out professional development sessions for teachers coming in Fall 2026. However, to keep up with demand and continue making a difference, we need your help.
