On November 1st, thousands of our neighbors in New Jersey will face a suspension of their SNAP benefits. These crucial funds help our community's residents get by, allowing them to put food on the table for their families. They are losing access to these benefits through no fault of their own, due to inaction and the ongoing federal government shutdown in Washington, D.C..

Together, we can help our neighbors through this crisis. Nonprofits like the Community Food Bank of New Jersey aggregate donations and centralize purchases to support local food pantries throughout the state.
