Support Chris' 100-Mile Ride to Benefit Constitution Park

Tax deductible
In two weeks time, I will be taking on an exciting new personal endeavor.

Since I started to bike more seriously in recent years, I have set a goal for myself to complete a 100-mile “century” bike ride! I plan to embark on this journey on on Saturday, September 21st, as part of the GSW Seacoast Century Ride in Hampton, New Hampshire.

I have been diligently training for this all summer, and have decided to use this challenging venture as an independent fundraiser to benefit the Constitution Park in Ossipee, New Hampshire - a non-profit organization for which I serve as the vice-chair.

We formed this organization four years ago to revive and refurbish a much-needed community park for the town of Ossipee. While we are quite proud of our efforts so far, there is still another important priority for our group - reconditioning an ADA accessible trail to access Ossipee Lake. The current quarter-mile boardwalk, built 30 years ago, is now in disrepair and does not meet current safety standards. We believe that all individuals, regardless of physical limitations, deserve the opportunity to enjoy the Lake.

If my efforts and this cause appeal to you, I would be most grateful for your support. I can assure you that this is a “one and done” endeavor, and will not be an annual fundraising appeal. Of course there is no obligation to participate, and whether you choose to or not, I thank you for your time and please think of me during my ride on September 21st.
