Spearfish Strong Community United was formed by local Spearfish, SD businesses who are partnering together to help our neighbors in need during the COVID-19 crisis. We provide support, food, and other necessities to those in the Spearfish community who need help getting through this pandemic. Though our support extends to anyone in need, our main focus is helping children, families, senior citizens, and the people most susceptible to the virus. We are helping our community by helping our neighbors.
WHERE WE’RE LOCATED:
Heritage Business Park at 540 Heritage Drive, in the wonderful community of Spearfish, South Dakota.
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
Any form of support provided is incredibly appreciated.
We are accepting donations of food, money, and other necessities here and at our hub location listed above.
If you are closely following the ‘social distancing’ guidelines issued and would prefer not to leave your home, we will gratefully accept monetary donations on our GoFundMe Page here. National Mutual Benefit will be covering all fees related to GoFundMe. 100% of the funds you donate will go back into our community and be used to purchase items for those in need!
If you’re not able to make a donation or simply want to know how else you can help, we’re looking for volunteers! We have volunteer openings preparing donations at our hub location listed above as well as delivering items for those who are unable to obtain transportation. Volunteer hours available are 2:00-5:00 pm, Tuesday through Thursday.
