On the 31st of December 2024, it marked 10 years since my dad, Robert Dando, passed away, and in his memory, I’m taking on a challenge that’s both thrilling and deeply emotional. I’ll be jumping out of an aeroplane to raise funds for Cancer Research Wales, an organisation that’s doing incredible work in the fight against cancer. This leap is a personal tribute to my dad, who fought so bravely, and to everyone whose lives have been affected by this devastating disease. I know it’s going to be an emotional experience, but I also know that my dad will be with me in spirit, feeling proud of what I’m doing to make a difference.
