Sharon Needs a Soft Landing

Our beloved friend Sharon Udoh is facing a really tough time right now. After returning to Chicago from touring with clipping., she was scammed out of a significant amount of money by a fake landlord while searching for stable housing. The loss has left her in an incredibly vulnerable position, financially and emotionally.

If you’ve ever met Sharon—or experienced her music, her presence, or her kindness—you know how deeply she uplifts every community she’s part of. She gives so much of herself to others, and right now she needs some of that support back.

This isn’t something Sharon would ever want to make a public thing out of. She’s already carrying a lot and is feeling overwhelmed by what’s happened. Setting this up quietly here, with the hope that those who care about her can help lighten the load.
