My attending, Dr. Ryan, was recently offered the opportunity of a lifetime to be part of a medical mission team traveling to Kenya that provides surgical intervention to people who need it most. I was ecstatic with the offer to assist him, as this has always been a dream of mine. We will be working through the Kenya Relief organization.
