After many decades of discovery and depression, I now feel that it could actually be a reality to receive my top surgery. Having struggled all my life with body issues and really not having the vocabulary or understanding about my trans identity. I’m now coming to a place where I never thought could be possible. Sadly I don’t have the body to match my gender identity.
