Hi everyone, my name is Sara Burems, born and raised from Pasadena, CA. The Altadena fires have left a heartbreaking trail of destruction. Among the many affected, my childhood best friends have lost everything.

The speed of the disaster left them with no time to save their belongings. All they could do was ensure their safety and thankfully, everyone made it out unharmed. While we are deeply grateful for their safety, but the loss is overwhelming.
