My name is Rasa Vasini DD, and I serve as Śrila Bhakti Aśraya Keśava's (aka Gurudeva) International Tour Coordinator at The Bhakti Field, Nimbin, Australia. Thebhaktifield.com
I am writing on behalf of The Bhakti Field administration to formally request financial support for Gurudeva’s US Tour 2025, which is a vital opportunity to connect with his aspiring disciples in North America—many of whom have not yet had the chance to meet him in person.
Our goal is to raise US$5,161 (AU$7,810) to help cover essential tour expenses by 13th October 2025.

Project Overview:
We are most fortunate that Gurudeva is planning to travel across the United States — from Los Angeles to Memphis— sharing Kirtan, Hari-Katha, and personal, affectionate guidance to bring devotional upliftment. This tour also aims to further develop The Bhakti Field charity in the US and expand our growing Satsanga.
Funding Purpose:
To facilitate this tour, we are seeking contributions — large or small — to support travel expenses, accommodation, food, and gas, all of which are necessary to maintain Gurudeva and our devotional T.E.A.M. (Together Entering A Mission). As with previous tours, Gurudeva requires the support of his Australian team to carry out this service. Most of these team members are unpaid volunteers at The Bhakti Field’s Vedic Vegetarian Cafe in Nimbin, and a portion of the funds will assist them as well.
We humbly invite disciples, friends, and well-wishers to contribute towards these essential costs.
Essential Cost Breakdown:
- Gurudeva’s flights: US$ 1008
- LA accommodation: US$ 396 (this accommodates Gurudeva and 3 devotional T.E.A.M.)
- Memphis accommodation: US$ 642 (this accommodates Gurudeva and 3 devotional T.E.A.M.)
- Albuquerque accommodation: US$ 670 (this accommodates Gurudeva and 3 devotional T.E.A.M.)
- Sedona accomodation: US$ 580 (this accommodates Gurudeva and 3 devotional T.E.A.M.)
- Joshua Tree accommodation: US$ 265 (this accommodates Gurudeva and 3 devotional T.E.A.M.)
- Food: US$ 800 (this covers Gurudeva, the devotional T.E.A.M., and the visiting North American devotees)
- Gas (Albuquerque to Sedona to Phoenix to Joshua Tree to LAX): $300
- Misc/Emergency: $500
- TOTAL: US$ 5,161 (AU$ 7,810)
Our minimum fundraising goal is to ensure Gurudeva’s coverage of US$1540 (AU$2303) by 30th September 2025. However, reaching the total goal by 13th October 2025 would also provide much-needed support for 4 out of 5 crew members, whom are Bhakti Field volunteers without consistent income.
US$ 10.8 (AU$ 16.15) = a refreshing drink and snack after a Harinam
US$ 108 (AU$ 161.54) = one week's groceries for one person
US$ 1008 (AU$ 1615.41) = all of Gurudeva's flights (AU>LAX return & LAX>MEM return)
Any excess funds raised will be saved in The Bhakti Field’s travel account and allocated to future tours in service of Gurudeva.
Impact:
With your support, this tour will help grow The Bhakti Field’s presence in North America through:
- Gatherings and Zoom classes
- Harinam Sankirtana
- Food distribution
- Establishment of a registered US charity to further Śri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s Sankirtan movement
This effort will benefit all who donate or participate—spiritually and materially—by receiving the blessings of our Tri-Gurus (our contemporary Acharyas) and carrying forward the legacy of their divine teachings.
This tour will facilitate:
- Personal connection and guidance
- Heart-to-heart transmissions
- Immersion in transcendental sound vibrations through Harinam Sankirtan
- Daily group Japa meditation to begin the day with spiritual intention
- Mystical devotional reflections each dawn in loving company
- Weekly Love Feasts: communal gatherings for Kirtan, Vedic scriptural reflections, and honoring Prasadam
- Daily sumptuous vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free Prasadam
- Cooking lessons
- Garland making
- Bhajans and devotional music instruction
- Viewings and analysis of transcendental teachings from Śrila Govinda Maharaja and Śrila Sridhar Maharaja
- Devotional sightseeing
