<div>I am writing on behalf of The Bhakti Field administration to formally request financial support for <strong>Gurudeva’s US Tour 2025</strong>, which is a vital opportunity to connect with his aspiring disciples in North America—many of whom have not yet had the chance to meet him in person.

<div>Our goal is to raise <strong>US$5,161 (AU$7,810)</strong> to help cover essential tour expenses <strong>by 13th October 2025</strong>.

<div><strong>Project Overview: </strong>
</div>
<div>We are most fortunate that Gurudeva is planning to travel across the United States — from Los Angeles to Memphis— sharing <strong>Kirtan</strong>,<strong> Hari-Katha</strong>, and <strong>personal</strong>, <strong>affectionate</strong> <strong>guidance</strong> to bring devotional upliftment. This tour also aims to <strong>further develop The Bhakti Field charity in the US</strong> and expand our <strong>growing Satsanga</strong>.

<div><strong>Funding Purpose:</strong>
</div>
<div>To facilitate this tour, we are seeking contributions — large or small — to support <strong>travel</strong> <strong>expenses</strong>, <strong>accommodation</strong>, <strong>food</strong>, and <strong>gas</strong>, all of which are necessary to maintain Gurudeva and our devotional <strong>T.E.A.M.</strong> (<em>Together Entering A Mission</em>). As with previous tours, Gurudeva requires the support of his Australian team to carry out this service. Most of these team members are unpaid volunteers at The Bhakti Field’s Vedic Vegetarian Cafe in Nimbin, and a portion of the funds will assist them as well.

<li><strong>Joshua Tree accommodation</strong>:  US$ 265 (this accommodates Gurudeva and 3 devotional T.E.A.M.)

<li><strong>Food</strong>: US$ 800 (this covers Gurudeva, the devotional T.E.A.M., and the visiting North American devotees)

<div>Our <strong>minimum fundraising goal</strong> is to ensure Gurudeva’s coverage of <strong>US$1540 (AU$2303) by 30th September 2025</strong>. However, reaching the <strong>total goal by 13th October 2025</strong> would also provide much-needed support for <strong>4 out of 5 crew members</strong>, whom are Bhakti Field volunteers without consistent income.

<div>Any <strong>excess funds</strong> raised will be saved in The Bhakti Field’s <strong>travel account</strong> and allocated to <strong>future tours</strong> in service of Gurudeva.
