Help Rebuild Hope for Asheika & Her Family — St. Elizabeth, Jamaica

Asheika has been my daughter Simone’s college suitemate and teammate since their days at Saint Augustine’s University (SAU), and they are now continuing their journey together at Winston-Salem State University (WSSU). Over the years, Asheika has become like family to us — a bright, hardworking young woman with an incredible spirit.

Sadly, Asheika and her family from St. Elizabeth, Jamaica are now facing unimaginable hardship in the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa. Their family home has been severely damaged and left without a roof, leaving them vulnerable to the weather. They have also lost their means of transportation, making recovery even more difficult.

We are raising funds to help Asheika and her family rebuild their lives — repairing their home, restoring safety and comfort, and helping them regain stability after this devastating event.
