<div>Asheika has been my daughter Simone’s college suitemate and teammate since their days at Saint Augustine’s University (SAU), and they are now continuing their journey together at Winston-Salem State University (WSSU). Over the years, Asheika has become like family to us — a bright, hardworking young woman with an incredible spirit.

<div>Sadly, Asheika and her family from St. Elizabeth, Jamaica are now facing unimaginable hardship in the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa. Their family home has been severely damaged and left without a roof, leaving them vulnerable to the weather. They have also lost their means of transportation, making recovery even more difficult.

<div>We are raising funds to help Asheika and her family rebuild their lives — repairing their home, restoring safety and comfort, and helping them regain stability after this devastating event.
