Rain City Fit Lift Off 2022

Hello everyone! It is time for our Annual Lift-off! If you've never done our Lift-Off in the past, what are you waiting for?! This year is your year!

What: This will be an event to test maxes for Squat, Bench, and Deadlift in a low-pressure and fun environment! Halloween costumes are recommended! Beginners encouraged!!

When: October 15th starting at 9 AM. Events usually run for 4-6 hours

Where: Rain City Fit

Lifters: hopefully 100!

This is a fundraiser event! The goal for all lifters is to aim to raise money on their own. In the past, lifters have reached out to friends/family to gather donations based on per pound lifted. For example:

Squat: 150lbs

Bench: 75lbs

Deadlift: 150lbs

That's a 375lb total!

Get your boss to pledge $.10/pound and that's $37.50 towards a great cause!

All entry fees will be donated to The Northwest Abortion Access Fund (NWAAF).

More information about Northwest Abortion Access Fund: Network for Reproductive Options (NRO) is a community based nonprofit organization with the mission of empowering communities through abortion access, grassroots health education, and reproductive options. We provide abortion referrals and advocacy, pregnancy options counseling, grassroots health education and self-health workshops that include fertility awareness and cervical self exam. We also have a Woman In Need (WIN) Fund that raises money to help women sidestep barriers to abortion.
