Hello everyone! It is time for our Annual Lift-off! If you've never done our Lift-Off in the past, what are you waiting for?! This year is your year!

What: This will be an event to test maxes for Squat, Bench, and Deadlift in a low-pressure and fun environment! Halloween costumes are recommended! Beginners encouraged!!

When: October 15th starting at 9 AM. Events usually run for 4-6 hours

Lifters: hopefully 100!

This is a fundraiser event! The goal for all lifters is to aim to raise money on their own. In the past, lifters have reached out to friends/family to gather donations based on per pound lifted. For example:

Squat: 150lbs

Bench: 75lbs

Deadlift: 150lbs

That's a 375lb total!

Get your boss to pledge $.10/pound and that's $37.50 towards a great cause!

All entry fees will be donated to The Northwest Abortion Access Fund (NWAAF).

Cycling from Seattle to Portland followed by a lap around Mt. Rainier the week after. These have been among my bucket list bike rides for a long time, and what better way to do it then by pairing them with fundraising for a good cause?  We've all heard the devastating news from the Supreme Court so I'll just get straight to the point. I firmly believe that it is an individual's right to choose to bring a child into this world or not. Bodily Autonomy is crucial to one's freedom and pursuit of happiness. Period.

I'm asking for your assistance in helping this non-profit to continue to aid people across the country with access to healthcare. As surrounding states will start turning to the northwest for access, Northwest Abortion Access (NWAA) will help fund every part of a patient's experience. My partner and I will be matching either the first 20 donors or $1,000usd total in hopes of hitting $2,000usd.

The general idea is to make it a little more fun and involved than just a straight up donation (which is still totally awesome by the way and please do that if you feel inclined!). We hope to achieve this by having a "donate per mile" concept, so not only does your money go to an amazing non-profit, but you'll know that I'll be working my butt off to earn those miles and raise double what you're pitching in.

So, what are the numbers?? Seattle to Portland (STP) is a double century ride coming in at 206 miles, and Ride Around Mt. Rainier One Day (Ramrod) is 160 miles. You can choose which ride you'd like to donate to, or go for both!

Now the monies! You can donate any amount you're comfortable with but here's an example of what we're hoping for in order to hit our goal: At .25¢/mile STP will be roughly $50 per donation and Ramrod will be $40 per donation. Don't forget, my partner and I will be matching the first 20 donations or up to $1,000 total, whichever happens first.
