Help Sai Tekula – Urgent Kidney Transplant Needed

I am reaching out with a heaviest heart and humble request for your help for my nephew, Sai Tekula, who's 27 years old, very kind-hearted and always helpful in all aspects. Sai, at a young age, has been bravely battling kidney disease for the last 4 years. Every single day involves hospital visits and painful struggles, and doctors have confirmed that a kidney transplant is urgently needed. Thankfully, his healthy parents are ready to donate a kidney, but the surgery and post-transplant care costs are far beyond what the family can afford. His mother is a housewife and not educated, and his father is an attender in an office. They have spent well on their son's education, but time has played its part. They have been spending a lot since he was diagnosed with the kidney disease.

The estimated cost for the operation, hospitalization, and post-surgery medications is approximately 18 Lakhs Indian Rupees, which is impossible for the family to manage alone.
