TableZen: Support Mental Health Around the World

In many villages across Africa, the story of youth today is heartbreakingly familiar: stress, isolation, and for some, drug abuse, all too often become the only escape for students with nowhere else to turn.

That’s where TableZen comes in.

We believe something as simple as a table tennis table can be a lifeline. It creates a space for community, joy, and mental health, an alternative to the shame and self‑harm of substance abuse.

This July, I’ll personally be in Zimbabwe, setting up TableZen programs in underserved schools that are on the brink. But we can’t do it alone.
