WHAT’S HAPPENING

Our goal is to raise $25,000 in 24 hours for three Colorado nonprofits advancing and uplifting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities: The Center on Colfax, The Gathering Place, and Inside Out Youth Services.

Funds raised will be distributed equally to these three charities through GoFundMe.org.

THE LINE UP

These organizations ensure that LGBTQ+ individuals and other vulnerable community members have access to safe spaces, supportive relationships, and critical resources that reduce isolation and expand opportunity for inclusion and equity across their communities.

1. The Center on Colfax is the largest LGBTQ+ hub in the Rocky Mountain region. They serve tens of thousands of people every year: youth, seniors, trans folks, and families - many coming from surrounding states where resources don’t exist.

2. The Gathering Place provides an inclusive day shelter and tiny home community for women, gender-diverse individuals, and children experiencing poverty and homelessness in downtown Denver. TGP helps create lasting pathways to stability and recovery.

3. Inside Out Youth Services is the leading nonprofit in the Tava-Kaavi (Pikes Peak) region dedicated to serving LGBTQIA2+ young people, ages 13-24. Through Queer Scouts programming, they empower LGBTQIA2+ young people to access the outside while cultivating joy and building environmental awareness.
