Dear neighbors, owners, and friends of Paraíso Pueblo,
we’re reaching out as friends and fellow owners from the community to support Nicole, Joshua, and Samu.
On October 17, the restaurant was officially ordered to close after a neighbor complaint triggered an inspection. During that process, it became clear that the licensing/approval procedure for the building’s restaurant use had not yet been finalized. This licensing issue is outside the operators’ responsibility (it falls under the Developer) — so the closure happened through no fault of the restaurant team.
Since then, there has been no income, while fixed costs continue to accumulate: from Oct 17 to Dec 10, the loss has reached nearly €20,000 (€19,923) — and the amount increases every week the restaurant remains closed.
With this crowdfunding, we want to help bridge the costs of this forced shutdown so the team can get through this period and keep a realistic path to reopening.
Every contribution helps — and please share this appeal.
Thank you for your support.
Warm regards,
Friends & Owners from Paraíso Pueblo
