<div>On October 17, the restaurant was officially ordered to close after a neighbor complaint triggered an inspection. During that process, it became clear that the licensing/approval procedure for the building’s restaurant use had not yet been finalized. This licensing issue is outside the operators’ responsibility (it falls under the Developer) — so the closure happened through no fault of the restaurant team.

<div>Since then, there has been no income, while fixed costs continue to accumulate: from Oct 17 to middle of January 2026 the loss has reached nearly €30.000 and the amount increases every week the restaurant remains closed.

<div>With this crowdfunding, we want to help bridge the costs of this forced shutdown so the team can get through this period and keep a realistic path to reopening.
