Sadly, systemic racism against marginalized groups is a global issue and can feel overwhelming; however, we can’t lose hope and we cannot stay silent.
Our immediate attention will be focused on ensuring our team feels safe, supported, and cared for by continuing to have an open conversation on overcoming racial bias and igniting change.
Real change requires much more than we can do alone, and Ogury will continue to support our people and our communities.
