My name is Beth Fernandez. I have struggled with mental health my entire life for one reason or another. I know how isolating it can feel and how much courage it takes to ask for help. Because I received care and support that changed my life, I want to give others that same chance to find hope, healing, and connection.
For the next 30 days I am committing to just 10 minutes of movement each day. Walk, stretch, dance, or simply breathe with me. This is not about being perfect or pushing yourself. It is a small act of kindness we give ourselves to show up, to remind ourselves that we are worth care and that small steps can lead to big change.
I am fundraising for TWLOHA, Inc., an organization that meets people where they are and invests directly in treatment and recovery. TWLOHA’s Peer Support Groups and Treatment & Recovery Scholarship Program provide real, life-changing hours of care for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicidal thoughts. By supporting this campaign we help ensure more people can access compassionate support when they need it most.
Please join me in this simple, powerful practice and consider donating to support TWLOHA. Your gift will help provide vital mental health care and tell someone they are not alone. Every contribution matters — thank you for standing with me and with those who need hope and help.
