Move for Mental Health: 10 Minutes a Day

My name is Beth Fernandez. I have struggled with mental health my entire life for one reason or another. I know how isolating it can feel and how much courage it takes to ask for help. Because I received care and support that changed my life, I want to give others that same chance to find hope, healing, and connection.

For the next 30 days I am committing to just 10 minutes of movement each day. Walk, stretch, dance, or simply breathe with me. This is not about being perfect or pushing yourself. It is a small act of kindness we give ourselves to show up, to remind ourselves that we are worth care and that small steps can lead to big change.

I am fundraising for TWLOHA, Inc., an organization that meets people where they are and invests directly in treatment and recovery. TWLOHA’s Peer Support Groups and Treatment & Recovery Scholarship Program provide real, life-changing hours of care for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicidal thoughts. By supporting this campaign we help ensure more people can access compassionate support when they need it most.
