This year, in doing the 4x4x48 and various other challenges, I am hoping to raise $5000 for To Write Love on Her Arms, in order to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. Any money raised through this GoFundMe, which will be open throughout the entire year, goes directly to the organization.

Penny and I are walking 31 miles in March to help TWLOHA (To Write Love on Her Arms) offer hope and find help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and thoughts of suicide. People I love more than anything have struggled with these very things. By supporting TWLOHA, I am hopeful that anyone who might be struggling has a place to turn to - to know that they matter, they belong here, that I want them to stay.

To write love on her arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire, and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery.
