Dental Mission Trip Fund

Greetings!

We are 45 dental students from UConn Dental School in Farmington, CT (Class of 2015). As a part of our experience at UConn, 3rd year dental students partake in yearly humanitarian dental expeditions all across the globe to provide free dental care to underserved communities. This year, our class will be traveling to Honduras, Ecuador, Chile, The Galapagos Islands, Uganda, and Montana. In order to provide this essential service to the community, we must fundraise to cover the cost of travel expenses and medical supplies. A donation to us will benefit the community, as well as the students dedicating their time to service, whom often pay for these expenses with loans. In order for all 45 of us to attend these trips, we must fundraise a total of $40,000. Lets see if we can hit out 10,000 goal by December!



Our fundraising efforts are traditionally a year long process. We hold many events to raise funds, such as raffles, car washes, and most recently, a tag sale which raised approximately $1,600 in one weekend!
